Maybe, we do not do touch ups on other artists’ work, as it would not be a proud reflection of our work. It must be faded by at least 80% before clients are considered eligible for a consultation. New client pricing will apply.

You may optionally waive the consultation. Although any undisclosed conditions can impact healed results and clients who are not able to under go the treatment will result in 100% of the service fee the day of the appointment.

Yes, the advantage is that your aftercare and healing time for all the areas is consolidated into the same time frame.

Day of the treatment, we map out the shape and colour match to your existing features, perform the treatment itself, and go over the aftercare with you.

Many of our clients have even fallen asleep during a treatment. The technician’s hand pressure and technique can affect how much a client feels during a nano brow treatment. If this is your first treatment, or you are menstruating, your skin may be more sensitive.

We are not able to perform on clients who are pregnant, breastfeeding or trying. Our policies remain as there are no exceptions to surprise pregnancies.

We base it off of the clients’ natural bone, muscle and tone of the human anatomy. We strictly abid by these rules as we want our clients natural beauty to shine and not chase trends. Book a consultation.

On average, about a week but it can vary depending your immune system and could be prolonged up to 1.5-2 weeks. There is no downtime for Brows or Lash Line.

There is technically still some pigment in the skin, which can be seen under a microscope or with medical imaging technology, which is why it is called Permanent Make Up. Visually, it can appear fully faded over time. Different skin types may hold the pigment longer/shorter.

It varies, such as your skin type, age, skin care routine and use of certain products. Maintenance touch ups are required to prevent fading.

No, if it is properly taken care of. We have used the same pigment since 2015 and we have repeat customers with no issues of turning, green, red, orange, yellow..etc.

If you leave it to fade, it will have a slight shadow and the strokes won’t be as crisp. It can fade up to 80% depending on how oily your skin is.

Yes, any pigment or ink entering the skin is considered a tattoo. Whether it’s semi-permanent or not.
