Our Policy


We always try our very best to deliver a successful treatment, however, results can vary to each client.

✦ Booking:

A valid credit card and booking fee is required to secure your appointment. All booking fees are final and are non-refundable.
*HST not applied to booking fees but to completed appointment


✦ Cancellations:

All payments will be forfeited. We reserve the right to cancel the appointment if you arrive more than 15 minutes into the appointment. For no-shows or no notice, a 100% service charge will incur.

✦ Rescheduling:

In a case where you are unable to attend to the agreed appointment time, a new booking fee is required to book a new appointment. No changes can be made 8 hours prior to the appointment.

Due to the nature of our services, once a treatment has been carried out we do not offer any refunds. 

We reserve the right to refuse our services.

 Cosmetic Policy

Waived Consultations: 
If on the day of the treatment we find that you are not in line with our philosophy (shape, placement, colour, natural and no-makeup look), have undisclosed allergies, or have undisclosed medical contraindications, the full treatment fee will be forfeited. Please book a consultation here

✦ Consent Forms: 
Forms must be filled out prior to your appointment, otherwise the treatment cannot proceed and the booking fee will be forfeited.

✦ Pre-Care:

If pre-care instructions have not been followed properly, the appointment must be rescheduled, and the booking fee will be forfeited. A new booking fee will be required to reschedule.

Hair Policy

Arriving late:
Late arrivals can reduce service time, and service plans would need to be changed or the appointment rescheduled. A new booking fee is required to reschedule. or a new booking fee is required for a new appointment.
This is a great way for us to go over your hair history. That way we will have a better understanding of what is a realistic expectation. In the case that there were to be a chemical reaction or if your hair is previously compromised, we may refuse to proceed with the service and suggest alternative options.  
 Proper clothing is encouraged as we are not responsible for stained or damaged clothes during your visit. 
We must be notified within 48 hours of service for us to honor an appointment for a correction. Corrections will be done within 7 days, and are not transferable to another stylist. A new price will apply to new stylists.

Salon Etiquette

 We know we all love moral support, but we allow only one client in the room with the artist during the duration of the treatment.
 No pets allowed.
 If there are little ones, please make sure there is another adult present, as we want to ensure that yourself, the artist and clients are not interrupted to ensure the best results.
