Consultations is encouraged for new comers for a smooth appointment.

✦ Booking:

A valid credit card and booking fee is required to secure your appointment. All booking fees are final and are non-refundable. 

HST is not applied until appointment is completed

✦ Cancellations:

All payments will be forfeited. We reserve the right to cancel the appointment if you arrive more than 15 minutes into the appointment. For no-shows or improper notice, a 100% service charge will incur. LEARN MORE

✦ Rescheduling:

In a case where you are unable to attend to the agreed appointment time, a new booking fee is required to book a new appointment. No changes can be made 8 hours prior to the appointment.
