Who is Lip Blushing for?

People with any type of skin are usually good candidates for lip blushing. It can even out lip lines, help with symmetry, and adds vibrancy to bring out the youth.

How is Lip Blushing done?

The lips are initially mapped out with a pencil, then the procedure begins with securing the lip line and filling it in with gentle sweeping movements. The process can take 2-3 hours as it depends of the shape and size of the lips.

How many sessions are needed?

Our packages include 2 sessions (I Initial and I follow-up). With proper pre and aftercare, two sessions can be enough for the full result. Although if needed, additional touch ups are available 4-8 weeks following the procedure.

How long does Lip Blushing last?

It can last 2-3 years depending on skin type and lifestyle. Lips will fade from regenerating skin creams, UV light and natural skin exfoliation. We recommend a refresher every 9*15 months to maintain the desired colour. A SPF balm is beneficial to use to protect the lips from colour fading by the UV light.

How to prepare for your appointment

It is a good idea to stay hydrated and exfoliate leading up to your appointment. If you're considering or have lip fillers, leave a month in between before receiving Lip Blushing treatments.

If you are prone to cold sores, we recommend taking an anti-viral medication at least 1 week prior. Working in the lip area can cause flare ups if you are prone.
